Drink: Homebrew is welcome at this meeting!

Join us at Village Brewery where we will discuss beer packaging. Come to learn and share your process/tips for ensuring bottled or kegged beers stay in their best shape for as long as possible. Super important for folks eyeing the Brewer of the Year competitions in 2024.

Doug will also have a side-by-side comparison for an American Pale Ale bottled in different ways. Will oxidative notes make a guest appearance? The only way to find out is to drop by our first meeting of the year.

After this short presentation, feel free to crack open any beers you’ve brewed over the holiday break and chat shop with your fellow Yeast Wranglers.

NOTE: The kitchen at Village will be staying open until 8:30 for us. Make sure to get your food orders in before the meeting starts.
