My favorite lager yeast still has to be the Budvar strain from wyeast, big soft malty notes in the palate and in the aroma distinct from other strains I have tried. I think that burner is about 169 from the guys in Edmonton before shipping.

Interesting, I found it to be a unique flavour when I used the acidulated malt as well. Thought it might be nice in an american wheat or belgian wit, give a little twang to it. The blichman burners look sweet, its the same burner as the banjo is it not just with a gorgeous stainless steel stand...
