The time is nearing to submit your beer so I thought I would send out a reminder of procedure and timing.

You are required to submit 2 300ml or larger bottles for the pro judging segment and 2L for sampling by the club for a fan favorite vote. On a peice of paper put your name and email address, name of your beer and any other notations that you want. Remember this is freestyle competition so there is no need to declare BJCP catagories unless you feel compelled to do so. Please attach your labels with rubber bands (two works best to be certain) as any entries that have labels glued or taped or attached in any other way than with rubber bands will not be judged (however I may drink them and ask you to resubmit if it is tasty :-) ).

Entries will be accepted at the Vineyard South Brewing Center between opening Sept 15 to closing Sept 26 only ( no entries will be accepted at The Vineyard North location). Pro judging will take place during the week of Sept 27 - Oct 2 and the Fan favorite will be judged by your peers at the Oct 6 meeting.
