Found some 1liter flip top bottles for sale - $20/ dozen.

That price seems pretty good. But it gets better:

The bottles were full!!!! - Barons Canadian style ale - Bottled last Feb. Clear, carbonated, and stronger hops, more like an IPA.

I'm a happy man.

Unfortunately, I cleaned out the source (as he only had 2 cases left*). I think it's best to keep your eyes on usedcalgary.com, or kijiji, and just do a general search under 'beer'.

*His doctor said to cut out the alcohol from his diet. Probably one of the wort tragedies to befall a home-brewer...
