I seem to be changing my mind daily on what I want as I learn more about each malt. I plan to get a bag of each of the base malts listed below. But I'm not 100% on what specialty malts I want to get yet. I was just reading about roasting malts at home, and how I can make any of the crystal malts from starting with Cara Pil. And how I can make Munich or Vienna from Pale or Pilsen malt. But I will need to do more research on this. Otherwise I'm thinking Munich and Crystal 80.

But I would really like to know what people have, are willing to trade, and what they want to trade for then maybe I could get 1 bag of something that 4 other guys want, we all trade, and I end up with 5 different 10lbs bags.
