Harvest Ale (Spice beer) – Waseem Chaudhary

Boil time:

60 mins

Ingredients:

8 lb domestic 2-row

3 lb Munich

6 oz Special B

1/2 oz Northern Brewer (7.1% AA) hop pellets – boil for 60 mins

1 tsp cinnamon – boil for 60 mins

1 tsp nutmeg – boil for 60 mins

1 tsp cinnamon –boil for 10 mins

3/4 tsp ginger – boil for 10 mins

1/2 tsp allspice – boil for 10 mins

1/2 tsp nutmeg – boil for 10 mins

1/8 tsp cloves – boil for 10 mins

Wyeast 1272 American Ale II yeast

 

Mash schedule:

Single infusion @ 151 F for 60 mins

Mash-out @ 160F for 10 mins
